Publish to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube from Clipflow

Clipflow Team·Feature

Instagram posts, carousels, reels and stories, TikTok videos and YouTube shorts now go out from Clipflow. Files are sent as uploaded, so check dimensions.

Publish to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube from Clipflow

Clipflow has always taken content from raw file to approved post, then handed you a download button for the last step. Getting the post live still meant re-uploading to each platform and pasting captions across. Over the past few weeks that gap closed: Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube publishing are now live, joining the LinkedIn publishing we shipped in March.

Instagram: posts, carousels, reels, and stories

You can now post directly to Instagram from Clipflow, and all four core formats are covered: image posts, carousels, reels, and stories.

Example channel settings with automatic posting available.

Trial reels are supported too. If you use Instagram's trial format to test a reel on non-followers before committing it to your feed, Clipflow publishes with the trial parameter set for you, in the same flow as any other Instagram post.

TikTok: video publishing

TikTok publishing supports video posts. Prepare the post in Clipflow the way you already do, then send it straight to the connected TikTok account instead of downloading and re-uploading.

YouTube: shorts

YouTube publishing covers shorts at this stage. Prepare the short in Clipflow and publish it directly to the connected channel.

How media is handled on the way out

Clipflow doesn't process or re-encode your media when publishing. The original file goes to the platform exactly as you uploaded it, which protects quality but also means format requirements are yours to check. Confirm dimensions before you publish: a short needs to be vertical, a story needs 9:16, and so on. What you upload is what the platform receives.

The full loop in one place

With publishing live across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and post analytics syncing back into Clipflow, the whole cycle now runs in one tool: plan the content, produce it, get it approved, publish it, and see how it performed. If your channels are connected, publishing is available on your posts now.
