Automations and agents for content teams

Automations and agents for content teams sit in your workflow. Tag agents to help you write or ideate, or let automatic triggers fire on system events. Every project already holds its context. An approved piece of media can create posts across every platform you capture revenue and leads from.

Posts created the second the media is approved

Use system activity to generate content on your behalf. Automatic captioning from custom instructions, or built from your own transcripts. Post drafts land ready for review before automatic scheduling and publishing.

  • Event triggers

  • Human publish gate

Share the post, not the login

After you approve a file, someone still has to get it onto the account. That is usually a download, an upload into a scheduler, and a planning pass. Or it is handing a phone around so nobody shares the login, because the DMs are how leads come in. The post can go out without the password. You still get a last look.

  • 01

    Save hours from approval

You approve media, posts generate automatically, and you or your team revise and mark them as ready. Posts are scheduled into the next available slot for whatever tagging and conditions you set.

  • 02

    No second upload or airdropping

The approved version is already attached to the post. Captions generate from custom instructions or directly off the transcript, and nobody carries files, logins, or different tools to get it on the calendar.

  • 03

    Keep accounts secure

Managers can ship without the owner's phone, shared passwords, or private direct message access. This works across platforms and across multiple profiles.

  • 04

    Ready but not committed

Your editors and producers move work forward. You control approvals when it suits you. Posts sit planned but not published, so you can revise any time before they're live, when it's convenient for you.

Show up for the last look

An approval, transcripts, and project triggers can fire off any event. By the time you see it, the post is drafted or even published. You can revise during production, mark it ready, or, if you've got trust in your team, let them approve. Review it after it's live, when reporting and analytics are feeding back in for performance reviews.

The time it's saved me is absolutely crazy. It is honestly one of the best things I have invested time in this year.

How automation helps you show up more

If you have to remember, and spend time scheduling and creating posts for every platform, chances are you just won't always get it done. Clipflow's automations bring efficiency so you show up to your audience in more places, consistently.

  • In the pipeline

Agents read the project they are tagged on: brand, brief, past posts. The draft shows up next to the media.

  • When the file is ready

When transcription finishes or approval lands, the agent can draft, attach the media, and assign an owner. The caption and post are ready for review and approval instantly.

  • MCP coming

We are building Model Context Protocol support so the agents inside Clipflow can be reached from the chat surfaces your team already uses. When it is ready, it plugs into the same permissions and projects.

Frequently asked questions

Do agents publish without a human?
By default, no. Agents draft and propose inside your permissions. You decide who can write, who can publish, and you can pause any agent.
Can I build my own agent?
Yes. Describe what it should do in plain English, point it at a piece of media or a project, and run it when you need it.
What is MCP on this page?
Model Context Protocol: a way for chat tools to call Clipflow actions with the same auth and project context. It is coming.
Is this a caption generator?
Yes. Post captions can be generated automatically from content. Agents work inside the content workflow: briefs, media, labels, owners, review. The draft reads like your operation because it can see that context.
