Organization Features Overview

1. Multi-Organization Support

Clipflow is designed for creators, agencies, and businesses that run multiple brands or client accounts. You can switch between organizations from the top navigation, and you’ll only see the settings for the organization you’re currently inside.

You can be:

  • An admin in one or many organizations
  • A member across others
  • Managing multiple channels within a single organization

2. Team Members

Inside the Team section you can:

  • Add or remove team members
  • Assign roles and permissions
  • Control who can manage templates, channels, and billing

3. Categories & Pillars

Categories and pillars help you organize content. You can define:

  • Strategic content categories
  • Content pillars
  • Any custom structure that supports your planning workflow

4. Statuses

Statuses define the workflow for your projects. You can:

  • Add custom statuses
  • Re-order them to match your production flow
  • Align your project board with your team’s exact process These statuses control how projects move from idea to completion.

5. Integrations

Clipflow supports native integrations, including:

  • YouTube (for publishing and scheduling)
  • Webhooks (for sending events out to other systems)

Webhooks allow you to send automated updates to external tools. Examples:

  • Post a Slack message when a new file is uploaded
  • Alert an editor when a project moves to a new status
  • Sync with a custom internal system

6. Billing

Manage your subscription directly inside Clipflow. You can:

  • Update your plan
  • Change payment details
  • Adjust the number of seats

7. Channels

Set up and manage all your distribution channels under one organization. You can create channels such as:

  • YouTube
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • Any custom channel your team needs Channels determine where each project publishes and allow you to tailor packaging to each platform.

8. Templates

Templates help you keep your workflow consistent.

You can manage:

  • Project templates
  • Task list templates
  • Reusable structures for content production

Use these to standardize your process across teams and reduce repeated work.


9. Pages (SOPs & Procedures)

Pages are where you store:

  • SOPs
  • Guidelines
  • Checklists
  • Internal procedures This gives your team a single source of truth for how to complete tasks correctly.
